How to buy Bitcoin in USA; the basics.
It’s the easiest thing to do! DO you have a Coinbase account? If you don’t then you can make one pretty quickly. Just sign up, create you profile, and that’s it, you have an account. If you already have one, then guess what? Bitcoin is one of the four currencies listed on Coinbase!
Buying Bitcoin through Coinbase is as simple as linking your bank account to your profile, then using your USD to buy Bitcoin. Voila! Congrats, you are now a Bitcoin holder!
But what if I have a Binance account?
Well, if you’re American, then I don’t think you know can buy Bitcoin on Binance. But never fear, you can still utilize Binance for a myriad of other cryptocurrency needs. Even if you’re American, you should still have a Binance account. This is because you can attain so many other cryptocurrencies there that aren’t available on Coinbase! If you don’t have a Binance account already, then you can easily make one!
To utilize Binance, you will simply send the Bitcoin you bought on Coinbase over to your Binance account. In order to do this, I had to install a Google authenticator app on my smartphone. This is because Binance uses it to verify transfers of Bitcoin. And with all the site hacks happening nowadays, you’ll be thankful for the extra security!
When you deposit Bitcoin into your Binance account, it will give you a deposit address to use with Coinbase. Use that as part of the process of transferring your Bitcoin. There you go!
